* CVD Mortality in thousands (WHO report, 2012).

Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) account for high morbidity and mortality worldwide. These diseases are influenced by both genetic and epigenetic factors. Till now, the field of cardiovascular research produced enormous amount multi-omics data. Hence, to provide a useful and comprehensive molecular information resource for major CVDs, we constructed CardioGenbase. Currently, the database contains more than ∼1500 CVD associated genes and relevant information from about ∼24000 publications.

Users could search the data at various levels. For better visual effects, Google chrome, fire fox or other higher version browsers are recommended.
